Show and Tell Friday

I love these candle holders. I love the way the amber beads glow when I light a candle inside. It makes my house feel cozy. It was made by my good friend's mother who is more talented than she admits. She is an amazing artist. I admired these in my friend's house and I was gifted with two of them. I treasure them because they are so gorgeous and made by someone I love.

Lovely candle holders.

The charger you saw in my tablescape is an old "Majolica" piece made by Wilton Armetale. They are no longer in production.

The pitcher is also Wilton Armetale, from the "William & Mary" pattern.

I think the Friendly Village is a very beautiful pattern! :)

Ohh - I can just vision the soft and romantic, warm light this sheds. Knowing the creator of them too, would put out some glowing all on its own.

Thanks a lot for sharing this with us.

Amber is so warm and inviting isn't it? Handmade gifts are the best...someone cared enough about us to take time to make something for us...Now that is LOVE...
